SSEN have released a video explaining the economic and engineering reasons behind making decisions on whether to use overhead, underground or subsea transmission lines. This is in response to the massive feedback they have received from communities being impacted by their plans.
They will also be hosting a webinar on Wednesday the 23rd of October to go into this in more detail.
