A Proposal of Application Notice (PoAN) was recently lodged with Aberdeenshire Council for a proposed development at Land at Fairfield, Inverurie, AB51 5BL. The planning reference number for this PoAN is ENQ/2024/1599.

As noted in the PoAN, the first public consultation event is being held on 4th December. The developers are expected to send more details of the event soon.
