Aberdeenshire Council work to create new Local Development Plans over 5 year cycles. During the 5 years, they are hard at work updating these plans with important feedback from our communities and experts. Each year, they put out a draft of the ‘Scheme’ which is an outline of their timeline and expected work for the year.
